3. Payment information and card data
Payments may be processed through an approved payment gateway once activated for Techiprop's account. Techiprop does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, PIN or card-track data. Payment gateway references, status messages, tokens or limited payment records may be retained for reconciliation, support, fraud prevention, audit and legal purposes.
4. Why we use information
- To register, verify, manage and support clients, users, estates, owners, tenants and administrators.
- To provide property management services, Property Pulse reporting, QPlus app functionality, wallet records, micro-services, support and communications.
- To process invoices, payments, refunds, credits, chargebacks and account reconciliations.

5. Sharing information
Techiprop may share relevant information with internal staff, authorised estate representatives, service teams, payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, communication providers, analytics and crash-report providers, professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies and other parties where required for service delivery, legal compliance, payment processing, support, security or fraud prevention.
Where an external operator processes information for Techiprop, Techiprop will take reasonable steps to require appropriate confidentiality, security and data-processing obligations.
5A. QPlus micro-service information sharing
Where a user places an order or uses an approved QPlus micro-service, QPlus may share the information reasonably required to process, fulfil, support and reconcile that micro-service transaction with authorised in-platform service teams or approved micro-service providers. This may include account details, order details, delivery location, order notes, fulfilment status, complaint details, wallet/payment references and support messages.
Micro-service providers and portal users may receive access only to information reasonably required for order handling, availability management, fulfilment, support, reconciliation, complaint handling, legal compliance or estate-approved operations. QPlus may restrict, audit, suspend or remove portal access where needed for privacy, security, payment, legal, estate, operational or fraud-prevention reasons.
6. Location, device and biometric features
QPlus may use location data or a selected delivery location to route deliveries, operate estate services, support security and prevent fraud. Biometric login, where enabled, is controlled by the user’s device operating system. Biometric templates remain under the control of the device and are not intentionally stored by Techiprop or QPlus.
7. Security and retention
Techiprop uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the information. No app, network, device, gateway or system is completely secure. Users must keep devices, passcodes, passwords and account credentials secure and report suspected compromise promptly.
Techiprop keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, tax, support, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, security and recordkeeping purposes.
8. Your privacy rights
Subject to law, you may request access to personal information, correction or deletion of inaccurate information, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and information about Techiprop processing activities. Requests can be sent to Techiprop at info@techiprop.com.
9. Complaints
